According to Act of Polish Parliament of 12 March 2004 on eco-management audit scheme (EMAS) (Dz.U. Nr 70 poz. 631) Minister of Environment is obligated to manage both national EMAS organization registry and EMAS accredited environmental verifiers.

Within national EMAS registry there is data concerning either those organizations which successfully completed the registration process or verifiers accredited by PCA and placed on Ministry of Environment list.

Data in national registry is constantly updated.
